Hello Bell Badminton Shuttlers,
Hope everyone had a great summer!
We apologize for the delay in getting back to everyone. We have been waiting for the school board to confirm our first day of play.
Good news: we received the green light to have our first day on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
Cancelled Dates
The following dates have been cancelled due to school events or statutory holidays. There will be no play on these days:
- December 25, 2026
- January 1, 2027
- March 19, 2027
- April 23, 2027
- May 21, 2027
- May 28, 2027
Please note that the school board could cancel other dates at the last minute due to additional school events throughout the year. In these cases, cancelled dates will not be made up.
Board Members
Your board members for this year are Denis Bertrand, Cindy Lin, and Quy Pham. We will help with opening and closing, but we ask all members to pitch in with set-up and tear-down.
Should you wish to volunteer with running the club, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Play Board
We will be using the same board system as in previous years.
Each player will have an assigned magnetic button with their name on it. Once you arrive at the gym and are ready to play, you may put your button in the play section.
As a friendly reminder, the person in spot #1 chooses the next three players to play with. Players may only be chosen from the top two rows to give everyone a fair chance to play.
Guests who are dropping in also have the right to choose the next three players if they are in spot #1.
No-Scent Environment
A friendly reminder that the club fosters a no-scent environment. Please refrain from wearing scented products to the gym, as some of our members have allergies.
